I play video game for many years with my brother and we love it. My favorite video game is those that requires a good strategy. New fitness activity at my school

Since many years, Students have lot of dufficulty because the teenagers have more problem of health particularly with them weight. I am sure that it's a good idea for my school to integrate a new fitness activity.

I think that to put a new fitness activity at my school can be excellent for the health of students. There are many advantages fot the schools who integrate this sport. I think that the sport of Lacrosse is a good example.

Firstly, This sport is not complicate to understand, but it's a sport that requires a good cardio, concentration and reflex. It's why it is important for my school to integrate this sport in my physical education class. This sport can you ask a good rapidity. But this sport is for everybody. Advantages are that you can devlop your cardio, concentration, reflex and muscles more fastly. And with this sport you can lost weight more easily.

Secondly, Lacrosse is a sport that everybody appreciate, because is very nice and funny. The fact that my school integrate this sport, give more sport choice for students.

In conclusion, we should integrate it in physical education, because Lacrosse bring many advantages for the people who decided to play at this sport.

And I think that it's too a good idea to integrate this sport. Because Lacrosse was playing by the people before we, who habited this territory since many century. And this sport is a part of our ethnic and our story.

I like the movie that have a lot of action like war movies and the martial arts movies. But i love when there is a hero in the history. For example the Batman movie is a movie that i like because this movie haved a hero that everybody know. The story of this movie is very nice and awesome. My School's Sport

Football is a nice sport for everybody. I practised this sport for one year and I love it. It's very fun because you play with your friends and you can have contact. It's a sport that requires lot of physical energy and concentration. I practise this sport three days per week and one game per week-end. We have a team at our school and the name is the Devils of Donnacona. My position is outside backer and debit. I would play for the college of Notre-Dame-de-Foy for the next year.

My Winter Sport

For four years, i practised snowboard with my brother, but my brother practised this sport two years ago me. It's a good sport, because you are outside of your home to take the good air and like the other sports. It's good for your muscles, specifically for your legs. Snowboard developing your cardio and your balance. This sport is very fun and everybody can practise this sport. Every year we go on the top of three or four mountains in the Province of Quebec and after we go down all the day. This sport is very popular it's why lot of people practise this sport. Snowboard consisting in going down a mountain on a board on which your two legs are attached.
On the top of a mountain you can listen, the silence that there is and it's very pleasant.
